Tweet data inaccurate

Posted by — 21st of March 2012, 12:00 PM

The Tweets data on our account is not accurate. It's missing tweets and has tweets on wrong days. Why is this?

Our records show that we have scattered data for your account (meaning we're missing days between data points). When this happens our graph algorithm tries to calculate the difference between to dates and plots the graph accordingly, which could lead to inaccurate data.

Another thing that could explain it is the graph is calculated based on a specific time zone (America/Chicago), which could mean that your Tweets are partially counted on a different day.
