Can I export stats further back than 1 year?

Exporting stats only gives us the "followers" stats we're looking for through 2011, although we upgraded to Premium and have had an account since 2008. Is there a way to access our stats before Jan 2011?

If you're referring to Premium stats like @mentions and Retweets then the answer is most likely no.

The Twitter API limits how much historic @mentions and Retweets we can get. Depending on how much @mentions you have we can get months, weeks, or just a few days.

The "Tracking since" text refers to the first basic stats record (followers, following, tweets) we have for your account. Since @mentions and Retweets are part of our Premium package these were not tracked at that time.

Thanks, Sam.

I'm just trying to access the number of followers. When we download 'All' we don't get the number of followers prior to a year.

Please send an email to [email protected] and I'll send you the raw export from our database.

We'll be looking into why it's not going past 2011 (assuming you're talking about @greentweet).

Thanks, Sam. I"m having trouble with both my accounts - @greentweet as well as @chelseagreen.

I'll send an email shortly.
