Purchased an updated account days ago, but still has not been activated and we cannot see our hourly tweets. When will this be activated? We have already been charged.

Sorry to hear you're unable to access your Premium statistics.

Our records show you signed up on the 1st. You should have had access at that time, but apparently this did not happen. This is usually caused by a caching layer failing to update properly and not showing the right information.

I've now manually forced an update of your account and you should have access to all your Premium statistics.
