Your stats are ready within 24 hours after signing up. This is because we have to gather all your stats and build your graphs so that might take some time.
When you have Premium stats, you can compare yourself with up to 10 other users or brands. With Pro stats this is 30 accounts at once.
The basic stats are updated once a day on average. With Premium & Pro Twitter Stats you're updated every hour.
You will have statistics for the Twitter account you signed up with. If you need more, you can add up to 100 users that will have full access to their professional stats. You obviously can switch easily between accounts.
There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month or one time if you have chosen for a year. We extend your subscription automatically but you can cancel anytime and won't be billed again. If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so from your settings page.
You will always get an invoice mailed to you after you've signed up. If you like a name, address and VAT number on your invoice, you can do this when signing up.
When you click on "Upgrade" we will charge you the days left of this month, minus the amount you already have paid, and you will have access to the new features immediately.
Your subscription will be downgraded. You can make use of your current subscription for the rest of the month. On the next payment date your new subscription will take effect.
