Widget not picking up stats

Hi there,

I installed the invisible widget on our site, and the script is showing as running in the browser, but there are no visitor stats registering. Our site is www.ombudsman.com. It does use a CMS, but our web support team embedded it in the code.

I can confirm that your code does work. I visited your site this morning and can see the records appearing in our database.

I do see that one visit logged in our widget graph, however, that's the only one. Can you tell me if people must be logged into Twitter at the same time as they visit our site to be logged?

I can't figure out why only one would register when we get decent traffic...
