How long does it take for a Twittermail to appear in your Timeline

I sent an email about 20 mins ago but still nothing in my timeline.

Is there a delay in posting etc?

Sometimes we experience delays due to the high volume of mail sent to our servers. However, most postings should be instant. Did your email get posted eventually?
