Just signed up to try this, but numbers don't reflect what I know - definitely not inclined to pay for it

I'm trying to find something to show trends of our followers, retweets, replies, etc., over time. I was hopeful when I saw your tool, but when I signed up it showed our followers all joining in bulk on one day, which I know is not the case. Can you tell me how I can get real trends?

Once a user enters our system we start tracking them and mostly not before that time. So from now on, we will track your user every day (you can do it yourself by clicking on "Update stats now" once and again).
