How can I get the Widget to Auto Scroll Down?

I recently Installed the Twitter Widget at my site www.paulasantidrian.com I can not get the tweets to scroll down like they should.

Hi Paula, it will automatically scroll down once you get more visitors to your blog and they're being tracked in the widget. It is always a good idea to invite your blog visitors and followers on Twitter to login. That way you get your audience involved.
