I pay an annual subscription but I'm denied use

I used to pay monthly. But I changed to pay annually. On looking at my bank statement I was billed for both. So I cancelled monthly payment as I had paid for a whole year. Now I find I cannot access your service.

My premium account worked for one day, but now its not functioning.
