Premium account problem

Hi, i buy the premium account because i need to do an 2012 report. But it doesnt let me set the inicial date do 01/01/2012. All the date i'm having access right now is equal somebody that doesnt pay the premium account. Whats happening? I have waited more than 48 hours. I'm feeling injured by your bad service and i want my money back.

Hi Nicole,
Thank you for signing up for a Premium Stats account. When you sign up for a Premium Twitter Stats account we start recording your Pro Twitter data. As mentioned on your profile page and on the page you signed up with, we only have been tracking @Banco24Horas since February 7, 2012.

Which means you can't go back to 01/01/2012 because Twitter Counter cannot display statistics for data that was not recorded.

However, from March 11th, 2013 we will store all the information we're able to get, so in a couple of months we have data from the start of the subscription.
