Please could you confirm if our campaign is currently running?

Please could you confirm if our campaign is currently running? I thought it was due to start on the 9th November, however, I do not think it started, not sure why though? I moved it to the 14th November, however, how can I make sure it will start on the 14th November?

Hi Fashion On Budget. Apologies for my late reply. Your campaign is already up and running from the 14th. We're looking into it why your campaign didn't started on November 9th, as we speak. When the problem persist please email over at rey (at) twittercounter (dot) com
