emails not always going through

emails seem to be getting blocked and only going through from time to time. is there a way to put a specific inbound email address that will always push through or...?

We're having some problems with the Twitter Mail page right now. Please email: Support (at) TwitterCounter (dot) com and please add some screenshots to your email to show us what you're exactly experiencing. And we keep you updated!
