TwitterCounter thumbnail on Facebook posts

Good morning. How do I remove the TwitterCounter thumbnail ad that now posts to my Facebook wall page when it posts via Twitter (tweet)? You can see an example @OlatheFire on FB. Thanks in advance.

Hi Olathe Fire Dept. - unfortunately it is not possible to edit the description of a shared link after it has been posted. However, when you copy paste your tweet manually to Facebook you can change the description and title.
