Why am I not getting emailed responses to my tweets via twittermail?

I used to get emailed whenever someone sent a tweet to me. Now I never get my responses thru email.
Is there something else i'm supposed to do besides click the box that states "check box to get email responses to tweets

Hi Tina,

We don't support this feature at the moment. Hopefully we'll enable it in the near future.

If Twittermail is no longer supporting this feature, it needs to be taken off of the list of features on the home page.
