Why aren't "Mentions" and "RT's" showing in our account?

Our stats haven't been updated with mentions and RT's. We revoked access and then logged in/out...will they start populating soon? Thank you!

Thanks for notifying us of this issue. We've been experiencing issues with one of our database servers, which affected the retrieval of your @mentions and re-tweets. We've now fixed this issue and you should be able to see your @mentions and re-tweets in the graph. If you find that you still can't, do let us know as soon as possible and we will investigate further.
