Upgraded account, when will it take effect?

I paid $15 to upgrade to the Pro stats, I would like to be able to view past mentions and re-tweets. Please advise when this will be unlocked. It has been 12 hours and the info is still not available. Thx

Still waiting - paid 3/7; hit my account 3/9; no access to Twitter Tracker, just an upsell. What is going on?
