twitter counter widget script not working?

Do you know why there are a lot of times that I could not see my twitter counter?
Ex: http://twittercounter.com/widget/index.php?username=lucasgonzalezp
If a load that as a script there are a lot of times that it does not show me anything. Actually I check the result of that to see if it is returning something and it is not (sometimes yes, but a lot of times is not).
I want to know this because as I am developing a site for a customer I need to be sure that this is going to work always, an it is not working.
