Our Premium Stats subscription does offer the ability to retrieve the basic statistics (followers, following, Tweets) for any account up to the beginning of Twitter Counter, only when we have the data available. It's important to note that we do not have all data for all users over time. If you would like me to check before you purchase a subscription do let me know.
