Stats result in graph with a constant slope (inaccurate)

I have been trying to use Twitter Counter on and off for the last 3 months. Every time I check the stats of my account (@geofunders ) the graph reflects correct current numbers, but it averages out our follower growth into one straight line with a constant slope. (i.e. it shows me gaining six followers every day for two months, rather than 25 one day and 2 on another). Is there any way I can fix this? Thanks.

I should mention that this comment is left under my personal account (@edtrowbridge, which works fine) but is in regard to my work account ( @geofunders )

Here at Twitter Counter we track over 21 million Twitter accounts, as you can imagine this requires a lot of resources. To keep everything to a minimum we only track 'normal' account once a day (or sometimes a little less), if we miss a couple of days of data we try to calculate it as accurate as possible. Premium accounts will get tracked a couple of times a day, so they are a lot more accurate.
