Why aren't my full stats downloading?

the .csv file is missing stats from previous weeks. How do I get the complete stats?

I've sent an email with the full export to the email address you've signed up with for your Premium subscription.

Due to technical limitations the .csv export is currently limited to one month in the past (for @mentions and Retweets).
