deactivated twitter account, how can i deactivate twitter counter?

I used to have another twitter account which was on twitter counter too, i deactivated my account but my information are still on google because of twitter counter!! how can i remove my information and picture? PLEASE HELP !

I don´t know how I got here but I don´t want to have this app. I can´t find in settings unsuscribe or sth.
