I don't need "Tweet longer messages"

I'm Protect user.
I did wrong tweet over 140 characters.
I want to stop Auto posting and delete it.

Assuming that you're referring to Twittermail. If you do not wish to use the Twittermail service you can just not send emails to that address and it will not post any long tweets.
