Why are my stats inconsistent between time periods?

The stats for the 1 month, 3 month and 6 month periods are inconsistent and verifiably erroneous. It says that, for instance, we've had a small handful of new users in the past 3 months on one report, but on the 6 month report it says that our numbers jumped by 50 followers in one day. The same day we signed up for this service. There are other errors, like saying we've had no tweets at all over the last few months, but this is a good place to start.

My apologies for the delay in response.

Our records indicate that the earliest record we have for your user is on the 14th of December. That means that any number before that is generated by our graph algorithm based on different factors (like the time period shown). This explains the discrepancy you're seeing between graphs.

From 14 December onwards we do have all the records, so those should be fine.
