We record the number of Tweets you've done between two points in time. This means the numbers can be slightly higher or lower than the numbers you've recorded on your own.
In the case of the number of Tweets on the 12th of December, this is the first record we have for your account, so it shows 0 tweets as it can not compare it to earlier stats.
