Our records indicate that your Premium Twitter Stats subscription has ended. As such you're unable to access the PDF reports. If you'd like to have access to your Premium Twitter Stats and your PDF reports again you can sign up via our Premium signup page at http://twittercounter.com/pages/premium.
As a side note, the link to dowload the report should not appear on your profile. This is something we're looking into.
