error in statistics

I use your company's Premium Stats Service. By the way, For the past three weeks "Retweets" and "mentions" statistics are written to zero. Why did this happens? Our company's account is @choice_coffee

Our records indicate that your subscription was inadvertently de-activated, despite your payment. I've now resolved this issue and you should have access to all the Premium features again.
