Is there a way to get custom tweets for reaching milestones?

I know Twittercounter will tweet when you reach a certain amount of followers, but is there any way to customize those tweets and tag the specific milestone user?

It's not possible to set custom milestone notifications texts or certain amount of followers. However, I will discuss your idea in the next meeting with the team.
