Why does Twitter Tracker not show all results?

Posted by Heidi Schall — 13th of November 2011, 10:56 AM

Hello there,
we are using Twitter Tracker and the count says that there are 65 Tweets with the searchword, but not all of them are shown. Especially the latest ones are missing. How does this happen?

Hey Heidi,

Can you tell me which tracker you created? I can't find any Twitter Trackers on your @heidischall account.

Hi Richard,
it's for the @scansnapde Account.

Hey Heidi,

In the "Most followers" and "Most mentioned by" lists you see the top 25 of people in your campaigns. In order to see all tweets you can visit the rating page, which is located here: http://twittercounter.com/pages/twitter-tracker/rate/1996

I hope this answers your question, please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

Thanks for the feedback Richard. The problem is that on the rating page there are only around 50 of 65 visible. And the last visible Tweet is from last week, although I know that there are later ones.

Best

Hey Heidi,

The rate tweets page is limited to 50 tweets, but when you start rating tweets, more of them will show up.
