Privacy of Twittermail

Is the sender privacy guaranteed (in this case the email used to send the message to be tweeted) when I’m using twittermail? Or does twittermail or twittercounter keep an accessible record (doesn’t matter if the access it’s free or paid) of the email accounts used to tweet?

In our case at least three people would be using your service and they don’t want their emails accounts to be public in any case.

We do register the email addresses of senders, but this information is not used in any way, except for internal spam control and blacklisting. We will never publish this email address to the public.
