Can't add another user to my premium account

Hi

I can not add another user to my premium account for some reason on this page.
http://twittercounter.com/pages/settings/premium
app said all the time after approval access that this user already exist, and no option to add new name.

I need to add another Tw user to be able to login to premium account as well.

Is it a bug?

Hey,

When adding the user, did you logout @kaspersky in the popup and logged in with @e_kaspersky?

i was login as kaspersky - account was bought from this name. when i'm login from another account i don't see premium options.

tell me pls direct action need to take.

Hey,

You can go to your premium settings page http://twittercounter.com/pages/settings/premium, click the 'add a user' button, then a popup opens, in the right top corner you see a drop down menu called "Kaspersky", click it and click 'sign out'. Then log in with @e_kaspersky and 'Authorize app'.

i was trying to do so for both @e_kaspersky
& @e_kaspersky_ru

but i got message: Could not log you in. Please try logging in again.

can you do it manually for both on your side?

Hi,

Did you get the error message in the popup or on our website? Please make sure you entered the right password and clicked "Authorize app".
I can't do it because of security reasons.
