I started my campaign on Friday, why am I not seeing any results/increases?

I signed up for the $145 package and I scheduled my campaign for my company to begin on Friday. Since then I have had an increase of 2 followers. I was wondering how long until the effects of the campaign take into action, or is there anything else I can do to help the process?
