Company logo on PDF reports

How to integrate our company logo on PDF report? I've uploaded our logo but cannot see on PDF...

We received your new logo for the pdf report. Because we rebuild your PDF report every day, it may take up to 24 hours until your logo is visible in your PDF report. Sorry for the inconvenience.
