Does the new Twitter Tracker also distinguish between languages?

I want to track keywords in different regions. Is there a possibilty to create searches that only look for the specified keyword in let's say Germany?

Hey Heidi,

Yes you can filter tweets by language. To filter tweets written in german, add "lang:de" (without the quotation marks off course). Unfortunately we can't track tweets by its location, I hope this is not a problem for you.

Hi Richard,

thanks for the quick feedback. Tweets by location would be perfect but language is a start at least :-) Will I also be able to track these keywords 3 and 6 months backwards?
