To update your credit card you would need to cancel your current subscription (you can do so on your Subscriptions page at http://twittercounter.com/pages/subscriptions). Once you've done so and your Premium account has been de-activated (in your case, that would be the 6th of October 2011) you can re-subscribe using our signup page at http://twittercounter.com/pages/premium, opting to pay with a different credit card.
