I'm assuming you're referring to our Twittermail service (http://twittercounter.com/pages/twittermail). If that is the case there is unfortunately nothing I can do at this time to help you. We're unable to debug Twittermail at this time, because the source of the issue can be many various things, which we're unable to track.
