how do I unsubscribe from this thing so all info stored is deleted?

Unfortunately we currently lack the technical infrastructure to remove or delete your Twitter Counter profile page. If you want to stop using Twitter Counter you can do so by logging out and removing the permissions for our application (The Visitor Widget) from the Twitter Settings page at https://twitter.com/settings/applications
