I'm assuming you're referring to our Twitter Widget (as found here http://twittercounter.com/pages/twitter-widget).
The first step would be to install the widget on your website or your blog, so we can start tracking visitors. You can then view the people that have visited in your widget, or, alternatively, from your Twitter Widget history page http://twittercounter.com/pages/twitter-widget/history/gaku777desu.
If you meant something else, please explain in more detail what your question is exactly.
