cut off phrase doesn't work

I set "best wishes" to be the cut off phrase at first, it worked well in the first few twits, but few hours later, the cut off phrase didn't work, the part after "best wishes" of the email will be showed and it's my contact. So how could I set that? Thank you for answering.

Did you change anything between it working and it not working (like what you wanted to post)?

These issues are usually of a temporary nature. However, we currently lack the technical infrastructure to properly investigate what's going on. If you let me know the answer to my question above I can be of a bit more assistance.
