I changed my name from @jake_singleton to @jsinglet. What can I do to change this in my Twittercounter account?

You can either press "Update stats now" at the top of your page (http://twittercounter.com/pages/you) or just type in the new username http://twittercounter.com/jsinglet. I've now done that for you.
