Why I can't cancel a premium account

I can't see my premium features but keep billed for this every month. And I can't cancel it

According to our records you have cancelled your subscription on the 2nd of February. You should have been billed twice before that date. If you have been billed past that date please contact sam@twittercounter.com with the necessary information and proof.
