Twittermail address not working

I send emails to the twittermail address I set up and it doesn't post to my twitter. Suggestions?

Twittermail not posting the emails you've sent can be due to many things, including failure to read the email, spam filters, Twitter API failures and other things. However, we do not have the technical infrastructure in place to check what's going on exactly. These problems mostly resolve over time though.
