Dear Twitter Counter,

I have signed-up for advertising and paid with the credit card. I was supposed to get an email from you for the setting of the campaign, but I still didn't receive anything yet.

Our payment provider has indicated your payment has failed, which explains why you haven't received a confirmation email.
