How to delete TwitterCounter&Mail account?

I want to delete All data in Twitter Counter and Twitter Mail ! What should I do? Please teach me!

Due to technical limitations it is currently not possible to delete all data from Twitter Counter.

The best way to remove yourself from our service is to log out of Twitter Counter and to remove all permission for our app (The Visitor Widget) from the Twitter settings page at https://twitter.com/settings/connections.

I think that I used the free service.

Q2:Did TwitterMail secede if I removed registration from the Twitter?

1) You do not have a paid account.
2) If you remove your connection to our app from Twitter we will no longer be able to update your Twitter stream via Twittermail.
