Hi Piyatad,

You can cancel your Featured User subscription via your Featured User report page, the link for which you can find in your menu or in the emails we have sent you. If you click on the "Manage Subscriptions" tab you can cancel your subscription there.

The campaign you have paid for has already run and will not be refunded.

Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time
1. Featured User accounts can be cancelled at any time by clicking on the Featured reports tab

Cancel and you won’t be charged again
Once you cancel you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already
been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 18th of every
month, and you cancel on the 24th, you’ll still have to pay for the current month, but you won’t be charged
again after that. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
In case of a 30 days free on a new paid account
In some cases TNW can decide to offer a free 30-day trial on new paid accounts (Premium accounts only).
Upgrades from free accounts do not qualify for the free 30-day trial. If you upgrade from a free to a paying
account you’ll be charged for your first month when you upgrade.
If you cancel your premium account in this case before you are billed - 30 days after your original signup -
then you won’t be charged.

As stated in our Terms of Service "Once you cancel you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period.". These terms apply to your account.

As far as the 30-day trial goes, the Terms of Service clearly state "in some cases", meaning special discounts or promotions. And it only applies to Premium account. Since you have a Featured User account and your purchase was not part of any promotion or special discount the case of the 30-day trial does not apply here.

Your Featured User campaign has run its course and you have gained followers through it. You will therefore, and per the terms stated in our ToS, not receive a refund on your payment.
