how to I change payment details for my premium account?

I need to put another credit card and I currently don't the option to do so. Please let me know how I can proceed. Thanks

Unfortunately our current infrastructure does not allow switching of credit cards. The only way to switch credit cards would be to deactivate your current subscription and sign up again on the renewal date of that subscription.
