Is TwitterCounter experiencing problems?

I signed up with twitter and shortly after with TwitterCounter for my personal account (4t7ford) without any difficulties. when I started a new twitter account for work (PercocoMarble), I have not been able to sign-up/link up with a corresponding TwitterCounter account. I have tried multiple times to access TwitterCounter (as PercocoMarble) but it is not working (similar to what others have mentioned here). In fact I tried to ask a question/comment on other peoples question that I was having that problem while logged in as PercocoMarble, but it did not seem to even do that. How do I get PercocoMarble on TwitterCounter?

We have been experiencing some problems with users who sign up for the first time and don't see any stats. Usually this issue is quickly resolved as stats are gathered and the whole page is rendered. In those cases we have to force the download of the stats so that everything works correctly. You can usually do that by going to the profile page (in this case http://twittercounter.com/PercocoMarble).

I've now updated that page and the stats seem to have finally gathered and all other support requests can now be seen and responded to.

Thanks. Maybe (and forgive me if you already have and I just didn't find it) you could add the info about going to the profile page to "jumpstart" the process in a FAQ or somewhere prominent? Or maybe people will just read this? Again thank you for your help.
