Messages sent via twittermail are not being posted on Twitter? Can I reset my account? Twittermail is essential for us to communicate emergency and other messaging

On friday, our servers were unresponsive and we had to reset them, causing the Twittermail service to be down for some period. The servers have been catching up to the backlog and should be processing them normally again.

According to other answers you have made to similar enquiriees, you have no way of tracing the reasons why emails sent to twittermail are not posted to twitter.
Therefore I strongly recommend not to use twittermail for any emergency or otherwise important messaging.
