Who is my follower?

Up to date I have about 90 messages from Twitter users, in which they write they are following me. For instance: joe rider is now following you on Twitter! Is joe rider my follower? What should I do to let him be my follower?

Hi, you don't need to do anything special to let people follow you.

You might want to have a look at the official twitter help page regarding finding and following people (http://support.twitter.com/groups/31-twitter-basics), it will help you understand how it works.
