How do I stop my tweets showing up as "via TwitterCounter"

I removed it on my Twitter on the "Connections" page but it keeps doing it.
I've reconnected to send this but unless I go on new Twitter it says "via TwitterCounter" when I want it to show "via web"

Hi, I checked your account and couldn't find a tweet where it says 'via TwitterCounter'. Can you send me a link? And how do you tweet, via Web or another service?
